So how does it work?
It's all about listening to you at the physical/structural level, helping you to focus on the physical areas of restriction which are fundamental to your health issues and feel what's going on there. Maybe the area is blocked, maybe it's holding an emotion. It may go back a long way and you may not be aware that it is still being held. Whatever comes to the surface can be looked at in safety and released in whatever way is appropriate. The emotions are also the key to working with our unhelpful behavioural patterns; we are often our own worst enemies! We can explore these patterns together and feel if there is anything that can be released.
